TITLE, CLOSING, AND FSBO SERVICES

Homestead provides full title, escrow, and closing services for residential and commercial purchases, sales, and refinances. With offices in Madison, Wisconsin, Homestead primarily closes in South-Central Wisconsin, including Dane, Sauk, Columbia, Jefferson, Rock, and Green Counties. We are able to provide title and closing services anywhere in Wisconsin. We excel in For Sale By Owner ("FSBO") sales, offering the experience, personal interaction, and guidance necessary to make your closings smooth, carefree, and affordable. Homestead also acts as disbursing agent for construction loans and facilitates 1031 exchanges as an intermediary.

SHORT SALES

Homestead Title has developed a high level of expertise in short sales and distressed property transactions. Foreclosures and short sales have become a reality of the current real estate market. Successfully navigating a short sale requires a team of experts with experience and knowledge and the willingness to help. We understand the special circumstances and needs of short sale sellers and the agents working to assist them. Homestead has closed hundreds of distressed property transactions over the last few years. We will provide guidance, education, and a unique level of expertise to help navigate through these difficult sales.

LOCATION

Homestead Title’s offices are located in Madison, Wisconsin on the Capitol Square and the west side, near West Town Mall.

Our Downtown Madison office has spectacular views of the Capitol and offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere in a central location.

Our Madison West office is convenient and easy to reach with ample parking. The offices are new, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

We can also close on the East side of Madison, just across Highway 90 from East Town Mall at 2601 Cross Roads Drive.
